Cedar Alliance is a cultural platform dedicated to advancing Lebanese art and creativity through cultural diplomacy. We believe that artistic expression is a powerful diplomatic tool—one that builds bridges, opens dialogue, and fosters understanding across borders.
Through thoughtfully curated programs, exhibitions, and cross-cultural collaborations, we showcase the depth and diversity of Lebanese creativity while creating meaningful exchange between Lebanon, its diaspora, and American and international communities. Our work brings people together through shared cultural experiences that encourage respect, connection, and collaboration.

Who We Are
Meet The Team
Daneille Moussali
Daniele Moussalli is an art curator and cultural programs professional with over twenty-five years of experience in creative production, cultural programming, and international collaboration. Based in the Washington, DC area, she designs and curates exhibitions and cultural initiatives that highlight contemporary artistic practices and promote intercultural dialogue.
Her work spans partnerships with cultural institutions, embassies, and nonprofit organizations, where she brings a strong curatorial vision, strategic planning, and rigorous execution to each project. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Danielle is committed to advancing cultural exchange and using the arts as a platform for dialogue, connection, and mutual understanding.
Basma Helwe Paget
Basma Helwe Paget is a native of Lebanon, and a nonprofit and community leader based in Arlington, Virginia. An Arabic, French, and English speaker, she is committed to supporting both American and Lebanese causes by building bridges between cultures, strengthening community ties, and mobilizing support through service and philanthropy.
She serves in leadership and board capacities across a range of local civic and community organizations, including Treasurer of the Gulf Branch Civic Association, Board Member and Hospitality & Fundraising Chair with the Arlington Women’s Civic Alliance, and a board member at Washington Golf and Country Club. Basma also works with the Lebanese Embassy on cultural and community initiatives that bring people together, celebrate Lebanese heritage, and advance meaningful impact. She holds a B.A. in Communications from George Mason University.
Sara Baba Ghayad
Sara Baba Ghayad is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with deep experience supporting nonprofit organizations. She holds a master’s degree in marketing from the American University and brings a disciplined, data-informed, and creative approach to advancing mission-driven initiatives.
Beyond her professional work, Sara has led and launched impact-driven initiatives in Lebanon across the wellness, cultural, and women’s empowerment sectors. She played a key role in pioneering Lebanon’s first large-scale wellness exhibition and later co-founded platforms that support Lebanese women designers and create economic opportunities for vulnerable women. She remains actively engaged in advancing women’s empowerment and leveraging culture as a catalyst for dialogue, inclusion, and cross-cultural understanding.
Louise Doumet
Louise Doumet is a Washington, D.C.-based entrepreneur and consultant with over 15 years of experience in international business, digital strategy, and cultural advocacy. As the co-founder of Lebelik.com, she pioneered the global export of Lebanese fashion through digital retail, offline events, and strategic collaborations. Her work has been featured in major global publications, including BBC, Monocle, Vogue, and L'Orient-Le Jour.
Currently, Louise leverages her expertise in digital marketing and communications to lead high-impact projects, including AI-driven initiatives.
